What’s included?

Our own online platform and app so you can access our portal easily, with channels for inspiration, and music as well as chat, coaching, healing and sound chambers.

• • Weekly calls at 11am, Coffee, Cards & Chat: we come together, have a chat, pull some cards and build community and connection.

• • Once a month Suzy delivers an energy healing session, and the replays are available in the group. Think sound journeys, drum journeys, breathwork and more – some guest facilitators will also be invited to share these. Approx middle Wednesday evening of the month 7-9pm.

• • Monthly Group Coaching on any topic – Suzy as a transformational life coach brings all her magic to help members make those breakthroughs, see those shifts and clear steps forward. These sessions are recorded but only available to watch for up to a month afterwards.
