Sound Therapy Training

Our courses are built on many years of experience, training and development to ensure you are fully trained and highly skilled as a therapeutic sound practitioner.
Soundsphere now offers two professional courses:
Soundsphere Certificate in Creative Therapeutic Sound
This course teaches students how to deliver beautiful sessions for groups. You will learn to play a wide variety of instruments and creatively weave the sounds, hold space, understand the theory and emerge as a powerful sound healer.
The course is run 3 times a year in Peebles, Scotland and once a year online for students further afield. Some previous experience in therapy is preferred but no previous musical experience is required.
Soundsphere Diploma in Alembic Sound
This course is for graduates of the Certificate who wish to offer 1:1 treatments and is a truly deep dive into an incredibly powerful treatment method.
The method aims to support transformation and healing for clients in whichever way is most suitable for them.
Students will learn about ancient healing maps, sacred symbols, develop advanced techniques with the instruments and how to facilitate a wonderful treatment.

Sounds4Health
A series looking at different ways to incorporate sound to support your health and wellbeing. Blocks of 4 weeks.
Chakras, Colour & Sound
8 week course: learning about the different chakras and enjoy a specially composed sound journey to relate to each one, plus follow on activities week to week.
Goddesses Through Sound
8 week course to meet the feminine Archetypes and explore those aspects within your self, incorporating powerful sound journeys, a weekly talk, private support group and follow on activities.
Cauldrons of Creation
1-2 day course. Learn to play the Himalayan singing bowls and use for yourself or friends and family.
Quantum Voice
4 week course. Discover the power of your voice incorporating techniques to develop control, expression and confidence.
A Healer's Journey
8 week course for those thinking of or already working within holistic therapies. Explore the areas you need to consider to create safe space, work with energy, understand it's properties, and undergo your own healing journey. Creative activities included.
